<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for mounting electronic components by which a time of the inspection and maintenance of a filter for removing foreign matters such as dust aspirated trough an sucking nozzle. <P>SOLUTION: In the electronic component mounting method, an electronic component is picked up by means of vacuum suction by the sucking nozzle 11 which is attached to the attaching part of a transferring and mounting head 9A in a detachable manner, and mounted on a substrate. A vacuum sensor 16 is connected to a pipeline 9b extending from the attaching part of the sucking nozzle 11 to a vacuum aspirator 14 to monitor the vacuum of the pipeline 9b and warn the time for the inspection and maintenance of the filter 17 inserted into the pipeline 9b for removing foreign matters when it reaches a specified vacuum corresponding to a clogged state. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
