<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inkjet recording method which can generate a high definition image showing excellent bronzing resistance, gloss, fretting resistance and color turbidity resistance by printing in an irregularly thinning-out pattern, and an inkjet recording device. <P>SOLUTION: In this inkjet recording method, an irregularly thinning-out image is formed by scanning one recording region of a recording medium with a recording head having 10 to 50 μm nozzle interval. The pigmented ink contains pigment, a high boiling point organic solvent and water and is composed of each color ink i.e. C, M, Y and K and not less than one special color ink. In addition, the diameter of an ink dot discharged from the recording head on the recording medium, is 10 to 50 μm and the recording medium has a void layer which indicates not less than 10 ml/m<SP>2</SP>transition level for 0.04 sec absorption time by the Bristow process and contains an inorganic microparticle with 15 to 100 nm average particle diameter and a hydrophilic binder.
