<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a highly sealable threaded-to-open/close container which has high sealability for storage under an ambient temperature, a low temperature and a frozen state, does not lose its sealability and appearance by the change in internal pressure of the container or the change in volume of contents, has good capping ability and is easy to use. <P>SOLUTION: The container includes a container body 200 made of a flexible thermoplastic resin and a cap 100 made of a thermoplastic resin more rigid than the container body put on the mouth of the container body 200 so that it can be opened/closed by screwing. An internal pressure absorbing recess 111 is provided at the center inside a top plate of the cap. An inner ring 112 having a tight-contacting annular protrusion 113 for sealing the mouth of the container body on a lower position of the outer periphery is provided to hang on the lower surface of the top plate outside the recess. A contact ring 114 for positioning the cap when screwing the cap is provided on the lower surface of the top plate outside the inner ring.
