<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flexible uninterruptible power supply system exhibiting excellent system extensibility, reliability and maintainability. <P>SOLUTION: The uninterruptible power supply system comprises a system switch 3 for switching the input of two systems selectively by connecting a commercial power supply 4 with a first input terminal, connecting a semiconductor switch 32 and a first switch 33 in parallel between the first input terminal and an output terminal, and connecting a second switch 31 between the second input terminal and the output terminal, an uninterruptible power supply 2 for supplying power from a commercial power supply 1 to a power storage means 25 while converting into DC power and supplying AC power produced by passing the DC power through an inverter circuit 23 to the second input terminal, and a switching controller 5 of the system switch 3 wherein the semiconductor switch 32 and a first switch 33 are operated with a switching command from the switching controller 5, and the second switch 31 is operated with logical sum of a switching command from the switching controller 5 and a switching command from the uninterruptible power supply 2. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
