<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicle head-lighting device where a variety of light distribution patterns having clear cut-off lines can be changed and used. <P>SOLUTION: A shade mechanism 15 for shading part of reflected light from a reflector comprises a plurality of shades 19-23 having different shapes, a shade coupling support 25 for radially coupling the plurality of shades 19-23 with a shade rotational center Q as a center spaced from a focal point F behind a projection lens 8 in a vehicle width direction, a support driving means 27 for rotating the shade coupling support 25 with the shade rotational center Q as a center in a horizontal direction, and a shade vertical motion mechanism 29 where the shades 19-23 moved below the focal point F behind the projection lens 8 are raised by the horizontal rotation of the shade coupling support 25. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
