PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fixing device capable of regulating the biasing of a belt with simple constitution. SOLUTION: The fixing device has a nip surface formed by bringing two endless belts into contact with each other and performs processing to fix toner on recording paper by making the recording paper to which the toner is transferred pass through the nip surface. The fixing device has a nip end roller on which either of the two endless belts is stretched and laid and which is positioned at the end of the nip surface, and a nip outside roller on which the other of the two endless belts is stretched and laid and which is positioned at a part other than the nip surface. The nip end roller and the nip outside roller have belt biasing regulating members for regulating the biasing of the belt on both sides in a shaft direction on the rollers, and a space between the biasing regulating members of the nip end roller is made wider than that of the nip outside roller.
