PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a communication path establishing system capable of making a call to predetermined calling destination information (ID) without burdening any communication fee to a sending side, which is to be burdened by the sending side, and without any trouble. SOLUTION: The communication system includes a transfer center 40, and a communication path establishing device 10 for storing information to be needed for making the transfer center 40 establish the communication path between an incoming side communication terminal 50 which is designated by the user of a communication service provided by the transfer center 40 and a sending side communication terminal 20, and communication fee bearing side determining information to be needed for burdening the communication fee between the incoming side communication terminal 50 and the sending side communication terminal 20 to the user side. The communication path establishing device 10 further comprises transmitting means 11, 21 for sending the needed information and the communication fee bearing side determining information to the transfer center 40 by the sending side communication terminal 20 when being connected to the sending side communication terminal 20.
