PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a snowplow truck for a railway road surface having flanger devices for obtaining a large digging width without causing any trouble in the travel of a vehicle. SOLUTION: The snowplow truck for the railway road surface having a Russel-changeover-type snow plow device on its front comprises a plurality of flanger devices including flanger plates to dig the snow and a drive unit to move the flanger plates up and down.
