PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat exchanger for a vehicle preventing the generation of crack and damage by suppressing excessive stress load. SOLUTION: A radiator assembly is provided with a radiator tube of a radiator 21 arranged on a route flowed with cooling air and fed with cooling water to the inside; and wind-prevention packing 41, 42 arranged at an upstream side of the route relative to the radiator tube and obstructing a flow of the cooling air. A flat surface 20 is defined at a side facing to the upstream side of the route of the radiator tube. The flat surface 20 has areas 23, 25 where the cooling air is introduced at a relatively large flow rate and areas 22, 24 where the cooling air is introduced at a relatively small flow rate in the state that the wind-prevention packing 41, 42 do not exist.
