An allocation frame definition means 26 defines a specified allocation frame in a compiling window 12 and a form information selection means 27 selects desired form information. As allocation processing means 28 allocates selected commodity information in the defined allocation frame based on selected form information, displays the allocated result in the compiling window 12 and stores it in an allocation result storage means 33.
