<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a desired antenna impedance without losing color of a metallic luster when decoration of the metallic luster is carried out on a casing, etc., of radio communication equipment. <P>SOLUTION: The method for regulating an ink component is carried out as follows. An ink substrate is mixed with metal powder and both are stirred to determine the mixing ratio based on unit volume of the ink substrate and the metal powder in order to obtain a desired metallic luster feeling in steps S1 and S2. In step S3, a casing of the cellular phone terminal is coated with the ink at the mixing ratio determined in the steps S1 and S2 to carry out measurement of the antenna impedance and regulation of an antenna matching circuit.
