PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a label pasting device for test tube which aims at the space saving for the installation area, the simplification of the device structure, and the reduction of the equipment cost. SOLUTION: This label pasting device for test tube is equipped with a test tube feeding means 10 comprising a test tube holding mechanism 15 in which a test tube 1 is inserted and held in a vertical posture and an elevation operating mechanism 11 which lowers the test tube holding mechanism 15 from an upper stand-by position above a label pasting position P to the label pasting position P, a label pasting means 30 holding the test tube in the vertical posture lowered to and positioned at the label pasting position P by the test tube feeding mechanism 10 and wrapping an identification label on the test tube and a label feeding mechanism 50 intermittently delivering and feeding the identification label to the label pasting means 30.
