PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lift truck capable of maintaining the rigidity of a mounting part of a road wheel, and obtaining excellent maintainability. SOLUTION: After a road wheel 5 is mounted on a shaft 6, both ends of the shaft 6 are inserted in through holes 27a of each carrier plate 27, and screws 29 are screwed in screw holes 27c to connect the shaft 6 to each carrier plate 27. Next, an assembly of the road wheel 5, the shaft 6 and the carrier plate 27 is inserted in a frame 14 which is formed by fixing side plates 15, 16 to tips of straddle legs 2, and fixing an end plate 17 to the side plates 15, 16, and the carrier plate on the side plate 15 side is fitted in and supported by a fitting hole 15a. A support block 30 is inserted between the side plate 16 and the carrier plate 27 on the side plate 16 side, the carrier plate 27 is supported by the support block 30, the block 30 is fixed to the side plate 16 by bolts 31, and the road wheel 5 is mounted in the frame 14.
