PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical disk device which can secure rigidity of a tray holding an optical disk. SOLUTION: When the optical disk 12 is stored on the tray 20 which is stacked inside of a main part 13, a holding section 21 prepared in the tray 20 holds the optical disk 12. However, the label surface 12a and the recording surface 12b of opposite side can be opened without preparing a notch in the tray 20, since the holding section 21 holds the optical disk 12 from the label surface 12a side of the optical disk 12.
