PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that although the protection of computer information in the status quo is realized through personal identification with password/fingerprint identification, and established by expecting the proper behavior of the individual, information is leaked due to not only intentional information leakage but also burglary, loss, discard or the like through carelessness. SOLUTION: A computer is made to have an identification code, and when information in a computer is recorded in external storage media, software whose information can not be developed unless there is any identification code is simultaneously written so that the external storage media in which information is recorded can be made to identify the computer.
