PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a non-bulky printing system which maintains high productivity and high speeds. SOLUTION: An integrated printing system 10 includes generally vertically aligned image marking engines 100, 200 (or 150, 250) and generally horizontally aligned image marking engines 100, 150 (or 200, 250). The printing system 10 is provided with interface (intermediate) media transporting parts 11 and 12 for transporting media to the generally vertically aligned image marking engines and the generally horizontally aligned image marking engines.
