An edible mustard comprises (by wt.): (1) cut mustard seed (15-25%); (2) de-oiled ground mustard (10-35%); (3) sugar and/or honey (20-40%); (4) vegetable oil (4-7%); (5) wine vinegar, must and/or wine (16-28%); (6) mine-derived natural rock salt as a 0.05-27% natural brine (25-50%); (7) seasoning (4-40%); and (8) colorants, preservatives, aromas, taste intensifiers and/or thickeners (1-2%). |
