The belt guide has a support portion (1) and a belt band protector (2) which are made of metal and formed in one piece. A belt is inserted and arranged by the wall of the belt band protector. The belt band protector is formed extending through the surface of the support portion. An independent claim is included for the belt retractor using the belt guide.
