PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To disclose a flat plate display device which shields a noise and EMI through the contact of the ground of a driving circuit and a storage container. SOLUTION: The flat plate display device includes the storage container, a substrate and a conductive elastic body. The storage container stores a flat plate panel and driving circuits for providing the signal for image display to the flat plate panel are integrated in the substrate and the conductive elastic body electrically connects the ground of the substrate and the storage container.
