<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a control method for a counter auction by which the reduction effect of a contract price is enhanced by urging competition between sellers; and to provide a program directing a computer to implement the control method, and a server. <P>SOLUTION: The control method for the counter auction employs the server connected, through a communication network, to a plurality of seller terminals. The control method comprises: firstly, receiving, through the communication network, bid information from the plurality of seller terminals by the server; storing the bid information on a bid information storage means; next, generating comparison information on a bid based on the bid information read from the bid information storage means by the server; finally, deciding the distribution of the total amount of procurement of the counter auction of interest based on the comparison information by the server. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
