<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a feeding apparatus of mounting electronic components which can mount two kinds of electronic components fed in the state of the up-and-down senses of their lead forming surfaces different from each other. <P>SOLUTION: The feeding apparatus of mounting electronic components has a first feeding portion 3 for feeding an FPC2, a second feeding portion 5 for feeding a TCP in the state wherein the up-and-down sense of the TCP is different from the one of the FPC, a first turn table 35 whereto the FPC or TCP is fed selectively from the first and second feeding portions, an inverting tray 9 for so inverting the up-and-down direction of the FPC before feeding the FPC to the first turn table as to make the state of the FPC same as the one of the TCP, and a mounting head for so receiving the FPC or TCP fed to the first turn table as to mount it on a substrate. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
