PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vessel for annealing where the heating unevenness at a crystal for an optical component can be sufficiently small when annealed. SOLUTION: The vessel 10 for annealing to anneal the crystal 4 for the optical component is equipped with a vessel main body 1 having an open part and a cover 2 which covers the open part of the vessel main body 1, which is removable to the vessel main body 1 and which forms a housing part to house the crystal 4 with the vessel main body 1.
