SHOCK MITIGATION PAD AND PROTECTOR FOR NECK OF FEMUR

A shock mitigation pad, or protector for neck of femur, that permits sleep with the same held worn and is especially effective in the prevention of fall-fracture. There is provided a shock mitigation pad characterized in that a cushion material is enclosed in covering member (10) consisting of a flexible nonbreathable material and furnished with air hole (P). Further, there is provided a protector for the neck of femur, characterized by being composed of an assembly of multiple shock mitigation pads mentioned above.
