PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent increase in amplitude due to a head shaking phenomenon of a loaded material by preventing the loaded material from being shaken the moment the shaking direction changes. SOLUTION: In this vibration control device, a plurality of annular elastic bodies 3 formed of a braided body 5 are interposed between an upper plate 1 and a lower plate 2, thereby elastically supporting the upper plate 1. The plurality of annular elastic bodies 3 are separated from each other in the relatively moving direction of the upper plate 1 and the lower plate 2, and at least one of the upper plate 1 and the lower plate 2 is provided with a stopper 14 held to be slid in the relatively moving direction and regulating the annular elastic body on the counter-moving direction side from being slid in the counter-moving direction.
