PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide rice milling equipment capable of well milling rice under a rice milling condition fitted to rice to be milled even in a case that the rice to be milled is glutinous rice or non-glutinous rice. SOLUTION: This rice milling equipment is equipped with an unpolished rice-kind discriminator 50 for discriminating whether the rice to be milled being unpolished rice is glutinous rice or non-glutinous rice and a control part for allowing a rice milling machine 9 to perform rice milling treatment under the condition corresponding to the kind of the rice to be milled discriminated by the unpolished rice-kind discriminator 50. By this constitution, it is discriminated whether the rice to be milled is glutinous rice or non-glutinous rice by the unpolished rice-kind discriminator 50, and unpolished rice is milled under the condition corresponding to the kind of the rice to be milled. Therefore, unpolished rice is always milled in a good state regardless of the kind of the rice to be milled and it is prevented that unpolished rice becomes an over-milling state to cause clogging in the rice milling machine 9.
