<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain pulverized edible food suppressing moisture absorption in smaller amount used or suppressing much moisture absorption even in equivalent amount and stably retaining the effect by readily developing functions of a lipophilic raw material represented by a lipophilic emulsifying agent and an oil-containing raw material by a simpler method in generally readily hygroscopic raw material and to provide a method for producing the raw material. <P>SOLUTION: An oil-containing raw material and/or a lipophilic emulsifying agent or a mixture thereof is closely mixed with generally readily hygroscopic raw material and the mixture is formed in flake-like shape or powder as a final form by roll refining. Thereby, flake-like/powdery material having extremely slight hygroscopic property can be produced even by using a small amount of emulsifying agent having relatively high oil content. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
