摘要

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a proton conductive polymer electrolyte membrane having high proton conductivity and an excellent methanol cut-off property in view of difficulty of compatibility of high proton conductivity and excellent methanol cut-off property as the proton conductive polymer electrolyte membrane used in a polymer electrolyte fuel cell, a direct liquid fuel cell, and a direct methanol fuel cell.

SOLUTION: The proton conductive polymer electrolyte membrane is manufactured by introducing a sulfonic group into a polymer film comprising at least two kinds of polymer compounds having different easiness of sulfonation.
