PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pallet falling preventive device capable of reducing assembling manhours and the number of part items. SOLUTION: This pallet falling preventive device 1 projects a pallet receiving lever 3 arranged in an installation body 2 from the installation body 2 or retreats the pallet receiving lever to the installation body 2 side by operation of a plunger 5 of a reciprocating solenoid 4. The installation body 2 has a front plate 11 for forming an opening part 11a for projecting or retreating the pallet receiving lever 3, a pair of side plates 12 and 13 for installing a shaft 21 for supporting the pallet receiving lever 3, and installation plates 14, 15 and 16 for installing a bolt.
