PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance the mounting efficiency of receiving processing and the efficiency of operation verification by attaining simplification of the receiving processing. SOLUTION: In this radio repeater 3, a control part 36 receives a request signal transmitted from a mobile station to establish a communication channel with the mobile station in a receiving slot with a control channel with the mobile station allocated thereto through an antenna 31 and a radio circuit 33, transmits an allocation signal for establishing the communication channel with the mobile station to the mobile station through the radio circuit 33 and the antenna 31, fixedly allocates the communication channel with the mobile station to the receiving slot with the control channel with the mobile station allocated thereto after transmitting the allocation signal, repeatedly tries to receive a synchronous burst signal from the mobile station in the receiving slot, and transmits a reallocation signal for establishing a communication channel with the mobile station to the mobile station through the radio circuit 33 and the antenna 31 when the synchronous burst signal is not received within a predetermined time.
