PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To carry out correct hot-water supplement control from an initial hot-water filling operation. SOLUTION: Even when a hot-water filling completion level stored at hot-water filling completion is erroneously detected at a level higher than a normal case by bathing of someone before the hot-water filling completion, it can be detected that the hot-water filling completion level is erroneously detected by the bathing of the person by monitoring detection level drop after the hot-water filling completion. A stable level after level drop is updated as the hot-water filling completion level and hot-water supplement control is carried out after that, whereby correct hot-water supplement operation control can be carried out from the initial hot-water filling operation.
