PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for recycling waste and discards of water-repellent calcium silicate moldings, and a fuel for making cement. SOLUTION: The calcium silicate molding internally added with a water repellent agent is crushed, and the fragment is used as an oil absorber.
