Each of the digital capture interfaces (215,217,219) includes an optical capture memory to stored captured images and is connected to the input/output interface (310) of an image matching computer system (302) with a computer readable medium (342) to record information. A point detection and image matching module is stored in a program memory (316) and is used to progressively increase the correspondence of image formation across multiple images representing a scene so that an improved image is output. Independent claims are included for a method of matching image features among plural images and for a computer readable medium with instructions. |
