The invention relates to processes for obtaining anti-ice mixtures with anticorrosive properties and may be applied for road clearing from snow and ice. The process, according to the invention, includes mixing of sand and coagulated sediment, formed in the process of potable water treatment, containing hydroxycarbonated and siliceous compounds of aluminum, calcium and magnesium, as well as mechanical suspensions, having the humidity of 85...90%, with addition of powdered lime up to pH 8,5...9,5, the components being taken in the following ratio, in mass %: sand 70...75, coagulated sediment 22...24.
