摘要 The inventive device for highly-sensitive reactive explosive protection comprises a body, the cavity of which is filled with a charge of explosive agent 3, two opposite walls of the body embodied in the form of protective plates 1, 2, capable at the moment of explosion to move relative each other, and each other wall is a multilayer structure and formed by flanging of the protective walls 1, 2. The charge of the explosive agent 3 comprises a crystalline high explosive and an inert binder, besides, microspheres from an inert material dia. 0.03…0.3 mm are distributed evenly in the charge 3. The crystalline high explosive agent makes up 80…95% of the total mass, the inert binder is 4…15% and microspheres from the inert material are 1…10%. The microspheres can be hollow, for example, from phenol-formaldehyde. Hexogen can be used as a crystalline high explosive agent, synthetic butadiene rubber with dioctylsebacate addition can be used as an inert binder. The density of the charge 3 is 1200…1400 kg/m3.The protective plates 1, 2 can be made from two different materials, for example, one from an aluminium alloy, the other from structural steel. In case two protective plates 1, 2 are made from materials having identical acoustic impedance, an additional plate 4 made from a material which acoustic impedance differs from that of the protective plates 1, 2 can be arranged in the device body being in contact with the charge 3 and one of the protective plates 1 or 2.
