The invention relates to construction, in particular, to construction of tunnels and overbridges.The technical aim of the invention is to develop a method for plate production for use in construction of two-level sectional tunnels.The method comprises erection in the bottom part of the tunnel rail facilities for location of mobile bays with load-lifting equipment arranged thereon, erection of reinforcing cages and tunnel wall forms, formworks for side supports and rail ways, erection using an additional mobile bays with load-lifting equipment and arrangement for placing concrete into roadway plate shuttering, concreting section walls, side supports and roadway plate, over the whole length of the tunnel section, wherein erection of reinforcing cages, shutterings for section walls, roadway plates, concrete supports and railways for mobile bays with arrangement for concrete placing are carried out simultaneously in construction areas of the tunnel section one after another. Upon completion concreting operation said shutterings are moved to a next technological area. Removable shutterings for section walls, side supports and roadway plate are used in the method. |
