The invention relates to a rotary device for motor vehicle make identifiers or logotypes, which is inserted into the centre of the rim or hubcap of the wheel. The invention is characterised in that the device is equipped with an inner pendular mechanism which, by means of gravity, ensures that the vehicle make identifier or logotype is always in the horizontal position when the vehicle is stopped, such as to prevent the logotype from being inverted or tilted, thereby improving the image of the parked vehicle.
