<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accurately print an identification image to be added to a document so that the authenticity of the document can be determined. <P>SOLUTION: At the time of printing the document of a printing object with the identification image composed of an embedding image to be printed by use of only toner of K among Y, M, C and K and an embedded image to be printed by use of toners of Y, M and C superimposed thereon, the embedded image being preliminarily processed so that it is difficult to visually confirm the embedded image with visible light in a printed state, a specified printer driver capable of printing data of Y, M, C and K-color spaces without conversion to data of another color space is automatically selected from a plurality of printer drivers, and a high definition mode for printing the data of Y, M, C and K-color spaces without conversion to the data of another color space is automatically selected as a print mode to perform the printing of the document of the printing object with the identification image. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
