COMMUNICATION TERMINAL, NETWORK SELECTION METHOD USED FOR THE SAME AND PROGRAM THEREFOR

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a communication terminal capable of automatically selecting an optimal network and being connected/disconnected to/from the network.

SOLUTION: The communication terminal 1 has the optional number of applications 11 and simultaneously operates the plurality of applications 11. The applications 11 can have the optional number of connection profiles 12 in which network selection criteria are described. A network agent 13 receives the connection profiles 12 from the plurality of applications 11, comprehensively judges them, selects any of networks and performs a connection instruction to a connection manager 14. The connection manager 14 receives the network connection instruction from the network agent 13 and performs connection to a proper network in response to the instruction.
