PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing easily and with good reproducibility a spouted pouch on which a hole can be simply made by piercing it with a bar or the like whose tip is round while the strength of the pouch is held as the whole. SOLUTION: In the method for manufacturing the spouted pouch consisting of the pouch 1 formed of laminated films 1a, 1b and 1c equipped with a resin layer 12 on at least one face of an aluminum foil 11 and the spout stuck and fixed on the pouch 1, by including a process for irradiating a region being inside of a site of the laminated film 1c on which the spout is stuck and fixed with a laser light L from the resin layer 12 side, it is made possible that a notch is formed only in the resin layer 12 to form an easily piercing part 10 without completely giving a damage to the aluminum foil 11.
