PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To appropriately attain energy saving warming by simple determination operation. SOLUTION: In the actual use by delivery operation while the using state is continued with the liquid contents kept in the energy-saving warming at a general warming temperature or a temperature lower than that, the presence/absence of the actual use is automatically determined, and on the basis of the lapse time results of the determined actual use, a time zone suitable for energy saving warming is determined to set an energy saving time zone hereafter, and when reaching the energy saving time zone, the general warming is changed to the warming temperature. The change of the warming temperature includes stopping of heating, and when the time in the absence of the actual use is short, the energy saving warming temperature is set higher than that in the long absence time of actual use.
