PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a preserved flower with scent, solving the maximum defect that it has no scent although a preserved flower is extraordinarily beautiful and is popular in the world. SOLUTION: The preserved flower with scent is produced by a general production process of a preserved flower, with which in the process of dehydration, replacement/coloration-drainage-drying-completion, when the replacement/coloration are carried out, essential oil is dissolved in a polyhydric alcohol and directly infiltrated into cell tissue of a flower.
