Automatic generation and execution of macroinstructions, triggers automatically-recorded macro on entry of initial component of command sequence or by defined action

A succession of commands is recorded automatically. A macro is generated from the recorded sequence and the macro is executed, the novel feature being that execution is triggered automatically, by entry of an initial component of the command sequence or by a defined action. Recursive use of the method is feasible, so that command sequences can be made up from autonomous actions of a user and/or include at least one macro. Macros are generated by automatic recording of repeated command sequences, within the recorded sequences of commands. An independent claim is included for corresponding automatic generation and execution equipment for macros.
