PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent that the execution of a speculative fetch eventually deteriorate the latency of memory access. SOLUTION: A busy control part 450 controls the loaded state of a BUS-SC3-MAC1710, and when highly loaded, notifies a speculative fetch issue part 440 that the BUS-SC3-MAC1710 is highly loaded. The speculative fetch issue part 440 suppresses the issue of the speculative fetch when the BUS-SC3-MAC1710 is highly loaded. Also, it executes the speculative fetch by specifying the address of response data on the speculative fetch and a waiting place. COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI
