PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bit holder capable of securely holding a short driver bit with ease of attachment and removal and allowing the inserted driver bit to be easily drawn out, and a bit structure to be held by the bit. SOLUTION: The driver bit 5 is inserted into an angular through hole 4 of a bit inserting part 1 fitted on a handle part of the bit holder, magnetically attempted on a magnet 3 on a rear end of the through hole 4 and held. Additionally, the driver bit 5 is made of a short material, and a recessed groove 9 (engaging groove) is made to face the neighborhood of a front end of the bit inserting part 1. Consequently, length of the driver bit is made short, and the driver bit 5 can be easily drawn out by drawing it out by engaging a click head 16 with the recessed groove 9.
