When the service utilization request is sent, the authentication server 12 decides whether or not the utilization of a service provided by the operator A is to be permitted. The member of the user enterpriser B, who is permitted in the utilization of the service, utilizes the service provided by the operator A and pays service charges. A charging demand server 14 distributes the server charges paid by the member of the user enterprise to the user enterpriser B and the operator A in the ratio corresponding to the total number of members of user enterprisers B.</p> |
