HEAT-CONDUCTIVE RUBBER COMPOSITION

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a rubber composition which is produced at a low cost and also has a high heat-conductivity and to obtain a radiation material having a sheet-like shape or several kinds of shapes by this rubber composition. SOLUTION: This heat-conductive rubber composition comprises 100 pts.wt. of an ethylene-propylene polymer, 100-800 pts.wt. of graphite having a mean particle diameter of 10-150μ, 1-30 pts.wt. of a titanate coupling agent and 1-15 pts.wt. of an organic peroxide. Rubber composition which is produced at a low cost and also has a high heat-conductivity is obtained by the heat-conductive rubber composition and this rubber composition can be formed into several kinds of shapes.
