<p>A device for measuring extracellular potential whereby a minor change in an electrical signal generated from a biological sample can be easily and highly reliably detected. This device, whereby extracellular potential can be measured at a high accuracy and a high output, is composed of at least one well which is formed on a substrate and provided with a means of holding cells, measuring electrode(s) for detecting the electrical signal(s) of the respective well(s), and a standard electrode. The holding means comprises at least one cavity formed in the well which has a through hole connected to a cell-sucking means on the bottom.</p> |
