PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a linear guide bearing device enabling the easy phase aligning operation of a circulation sleeve. SOLUTION: This linear guide bearing device comprises a slider 2 having a slider body 2A in which the circulation sleeve 8 is fitted into an axially passed hole 7 and the inside of the circulation sleeve 8 is formed in a rolling element passage 8a and an end cap 9 having a curved direction converting passage 10 allowing a load route to communicate with the rolling element passage 8a and fixed to the axial end part of the slider body 2A.
