PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve problems in a conventional disk pad used for a disk brake wherein a replacement time for the disk pad is difficult to know and particularly, a disk rotor is frequently damaged, and since the cabin of a present car is excellent in sound isolation and furnished with many sound emitting components such as an audio, a TV, and a radio, the replacement time for the disk pad is further difficult to know. SOLUTION: A conductor body is installed at the center portion of the disk pad. When the disk pad is worn, by using the disk rotor as a conduction source, it is notified by a red/orange lamp and a buzzer in a meter. COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI
