PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a safety seat creating an optimum riding attitude for preventing large burden and risk on the physical body by utilizing generated impact force in generation of an impact on a vehicle body through an accident or the like, and far safer to an infant than the conventional one. SOLUTION: A structure capable of performing sliding motion is applied to a seat and a back rest installable on the seating seat in the vehicle as a means of the invention. In generation of an impact, a fixing means is instantaneously released in response to the impact force, the structure performs sliding motion by the impact force and the seat is forwardly/rearwardly moved.
